Fish Benedict

You'll Need:

1 (18.1 ounce) package Gorton's? Original Battered Tenders
1 (6 ounce) package Canadian bacon
1 packet Hollandaise sauce mix
1 (12 ounce) package English muffins

Procedures : Bake Tenders according to the directions on the package.
Prepare Hollandaise sauce as directed. Cook bacon as directed. Toast English muffins.
Place 1 piece of bacon and 2 tenders on English muffin and spoon Hollandaise on top. Serve immediately
